Not to be mistaken with the "What kind of meat is your favourite" topic.

Talk about meat in general(Fish count too), what kind you have tried, etc.

I've tried quite a few:

Beef
Bison
Boar

Chicken
Crab

Duck

Frog

Guinea hen

Haddock
Herring
Horse

Lamb
Lobster

Moose
Mussel

Ostrich
Oysters

Partridge
Pork

Rabbit

Salmon
Sardines
Scallop
Shrimp

Tilapia
Trout
Tuna
Turkey

Veal
Venison

I know I've forgot some, but I'll probably come back on this another time.

Chicken

Beef

Lamb

I only eat farm animals and some hoofed animals. I love animals so I don't feel right eating anything else in the animal kingdom. So when i eat those, I just think of the carnivore side. I've also eaten:

Deer

Antelope

Buffalo

Duck

Bison, cow, deer, sheep, goat, chicken, and turkey, not counting seafood, of which I've eaten a whole lot, believe me.  It's nice living on a coast.   :D

I had the misfortune of eating cat and dog when I was in China.  It was awful.  Otherwise, nothing special.

I never tasted goat! Is it good?

Bragoon

Yes.  It's been a while so it's a little hard to describe it, but it's not too far from lamb.

Peculiar topic.  I've sampled chicken, turkey, pig, shrimp, deer, and cow in my life.  If I had to choose what I would try next, it would probably be lamb because that can be found and bought locally.  Haven't seen anyone trying to sell rabbit around here, though I'm certain its consumed on the many farms in the area.

Eating meat makes me feel bad but I like the nutrition from things like chicken breasts and any kind of sustainable fish.  I only rarely eat pork or red meat.

I've had beef, pork, chicken, turkey, turtle, rabbit, lamb, and bison. I won't touch veal it disgusts me.  The rabbit also made me feel a bit ill and I wouldn't eat it again after having volunteered with domestic rabbits.

I love fish though, salmon is my favorite.

I try to eat mostly vegetarian with a little meat because I find it much healthier and eco friendly.

Besides all the regular meat, I've eaten frog and rat. Some people where I used to live eat dogs and cats. I wouldn't eat cats, though. That's just, well...wrong. ;D
