Gonff the Mousethief

I want the world of Tolkien,
The message of Lewis;
The adventure of Jacques,
And the heart of Milne.
But I want the originality of me.

Russa Nodrey

Otters and squirrels are my favorite!

Badgers.

Because Brocktree.

Also because of Sunflash the Mace, Cregga Rose Eyes, Russano the Wise, Urthstripe the Strong, Mandoral Highpeak, Orlando the Axe, and most of all because of Constance. Except, of course, for Brocktree.

Ah! I shouldn't have left Stonepaw off the list. His sacrifice for the hares is one of the best parts of the book.

Aarg! One? No way I can decide... I'll just say, squirrels, hares, and foxes. All too often I feel like I'm stuck between squirrel and hare. I mean, tree-whifflers are the best.

Wot? Squirrels? No bloomin' way. Hares are the absoballeylutely awesomest, wot wot!

Oh yeah? You hares are all stomach and no brain.

And you squirrels are all tail and no action, wot!

See what I mean?
"'Tis the business of small minds to shrink, but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death."
-Thomas Paine

"Integrity and firmness is all I can promise; these, be the voyage long or short, shall never forsake me although I may be deserted by all men."
-George Washington

Courage: Not only the willingness to die manfully, but also the determination to live decently.

Dannflower Reguba

Excuse me! Squiddels are more active than any other species in the book!  :P

....

A little confused with what tails have to do with action.

Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes. ~ Oscar Wilde

Mistakes can make you grow - That doesn't mean you're friends. ~NF - Remember This

Wylder Treejumper

Remember, you're talking to a hare.

Hey! I meant all talk and no action, ya bloomin' puffytailed scalawag!

Because I'm beating him, does that mean I'm your favorite?

A bally treejumper? Er, 'scuse me, Wylder... No bloomin' way, wot!

Never trust a smiling pirate.  :D

I can do that because I'm awesome.

"It really gets up my nose when publishers call my book another Lord of the Rings. It's my bloody book! I wrote it. And another thing, I didn't have to plunder Norse and European mythology to do it!" - Brian Jacques.

Russa Nodrey

Otters, squirrels, and hares, I can't chose.
