Well, there were some awkward silences (XD), which is kinda weird since everyone except maybe three people knew each other from American Heritage Girls, but on the whole, it was a ton of fun.

Emperor Justinian is my new favourite person.

Indeed. You are as ancient as the soot that choked Pompeii into oblivion, though not quite as uncaring. - Rusvul

Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

This forum seems a bit more snug somehow :P

I wonder how it's going to work with two forums. We'll see, I suppose.

Now that the old forum is back, I'd honestly rather see people working towards transitioning their posts/new material here over to there, and leave this alone. It doubles the amount of busywork for the staff to have to check both places, and about half the community misses out on everything that goes on here too. I know there's lots of little flaws in the old forum right now, but most of them should be fixed fairly soon, and it's good to get people testing the old forum and reporting bugs so that the webmaster and the staff will know what needs to be fixed.

The only use I see for this place in the future, besides obviously as a backup in case this ever happens again, is so the Staff can try new mods out here before implementing them on the main forum.

I pretty much agree with that. And really, we don't want to deal with two forums :D

Put a Shout Box in the old forum, and I'm there.

Have to wait until Matthias comes on before we can consider that.

That's what the Cellars are for, though, anyway. And what's the good of a shoutbox if nobody uses it?
