And, if possible, weApons? 

A longbow or crossbow as a secondary, and a javelin or broadsword as primary.

I hate crossbows. They take longer to load then a flintlock, and no skill to use. I say a sling as secondary, a rapier/sabre, and a knife or two, preferably balanced for throwing.

Same could be argued about any gun:  just point and shoot.  Then again, most animals can't hold/don't have the skill for both a longbow and broadsword.  Have to take in weight and stuff.  There's a reason Guosim don't use broadsword.

It would be kinda funny to see Martin fighting a battle and using his sword then he throws it down and pulls out a flintlock pistol and starts shooting

I voted for the longbow, sling and rapier. The longbow and sling because if I used weapons I think I would prefer the long range ones. I chose the rapier because I would probably need some sort of close range weapon and I think the rapier would suit me best.
