Crossed Swords Plotting: Round 2 (For BloodSpine crew and Swords of Freedom)

I'm sort of confused. What's the current plan of action?

  My part (or at least, what I think it to be) would be to get to the shore in time for the vermin to capture me.  That's what (as far as I understand) we planned, correct?

Correct. Farril and Navarre could see Spera before she sees them and lie in wait behind something. Joey could see them and being curious could run towards them from a different angle. Spera chases him, then Joey runs by the vermin, but they jump out to capture Spera. That's what we planned, I think.

And the rest of us are doing what? Are Nevfae and Liv getting trapped or no?

Correct.
I meant trapped, not captured. Here was some discussion about Nevfae and Liv getting trapped in a cave after rocks fell over the entrance or something like that.

Ok! I've made some major edits to this tournament! Sorry to mess with the plans but things were moving too slow and I know things were about to get way too complicated. We are still in round 2 so you guys can keep going on your current post count until this coming weekend.

I loved the idea of capturing and all that, it was just going to be difficult to work out. So, I've changed things. I really originally wanted to have an all out face off between our characters and now that can happen.

Some autoing has been done but we need to move the story along. Read my last post in the separate threads and then my first post in the new combined thread to tell you where to post with your character.

You can post reflection on what has happened so far and/or just mover your character from where I've placed them as of now.

The Swords need to all end up on the beach in the next couple posts and the vermin crew will all end up there as well. We'll have a few posts together on the shore in this thread and then round 3 will be duels between your characters.

Move forward from where your character is now. You can post back story about what I've posted, but then keep things moving.

@Brook: I've been waiting until the last second to mark my posts so I can choose from all of them. Will I be able to go back and edit to mark my posts if I decide to use the two from the original thread or will I have to pm you or what?

 Any ideas? I'm lost, I'm mad, I'm way too behind in school to spend over much time thinking about this, I'm sure that I'm not the only one that's sleep deprived (yall know how THAT goes), and I apologize for going a bit over the edge there. Though in all sincerity, what am I supposed to say about rock hurling that's going to give me a crack at placing in the tourny?

@Redwaller: Redwaller, given the small number of swords I doubt that killing us all in one post is legal, we don't have an army as we are taking quality over quantity. Also, Crossbows are incredibly slow reloaders, and therefore can't be fired "in quick succession."

@Danflorreguba: You don't have to post as Xbalantie just staying at the ballista. Just write a little bit about that and then have her come down to the shore. I don't see why that's such a big deal.

Everyone is going to have to roll with this, that's just how it goes. I guess if someone's got too huge a problem with it, they can just drop out. By creatively writing, there's no reason the new direction can't be written to.

@Plugg: Yes, you can do a flash back if you wish and then post to move the plot forward. I've decided to take out the capture part. It was going to make the plot more confusing than it needs to be to get us to round 3.

@Icefire: You can just let me know via PM which ones you want judged.

Note to all: The reason why the changes have been made is to quickly and easily get us to the dueling in round 3.
