...  It does. And it's not complete killing of the entire species neccasarily! Just the bad ones... Like cluny. He had to be killed, or Ungatt. Y'know? That is a bit too wide of a generalazation and is quite illogical

I haven't read this petition. Does it actually say that everyone should become veggie or something? Pffft! Sorry, that ain't going to happen - humans are omnivores. Not that I don't feel anything for farm animals - livestock - but if they are bred for food in their thousands, and there's a lot of them, it doesn't feel so cruel to me (though in the case of chickens being cramped in cages, fed bad things and the like - that's really not on). Anyway, it has been the way since we started hunting the bison; we developed as omnivores. But I'm not saying being a veggie is wrong - I'm really not! Is your/their own decision! I'm just saying we shouldn't feel bad for eating meat.

I'm not making bad of your sentiments, obviously the welfare of animals is an important thing; however the amount of petitions that get made online is a lot and most will get ignored, unless on an official government website or so.

Good luck for giving it a go, anyway.
