Vatra fallowed seeing as he was going in the same direction as they where. They really needed to get back to Brockhall to treat their wounds.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Ushen noticed that the squirrels were following him. He felt a little unnerved. Were they thieves? Had they been attacking the weasel? Were they going to attack him?
Ushen quickened his pace, wanting to get home was quickly as possible.

"Miraculously, yes, you're alive." Bryant said, then let the mouse Infirmary Sister come in. "Hmm....You're a lucky one. You've got some two- and three-degree burns, and a lot of other hurts. What were you squirrels up too?" She asked, a little severely. "Russina, you may go." She added, as seeing as the Abbess was just standing there grinning, munching on her cheese. Then Russina walked out the door, and went to her room, where she flopped on her bed, finished her cheese, and fell asleep. Bryant, meanwhile, was waiting for the Sister to go get something, or leave the room, or SOMETHING. When she did, he said, "You know, you gave me quite a scare. D'you mind not doing that again? And, while UI'm asking questions, what other languages do you know?" He asked, a little crossly.

Arya was preoccupied at the moment with trying to get the arrow out of her shoulder while weal king. It wasn't going to so well. She yelped, since she'd almost walked into a tree, and while doing so jarred the arrow. "Vatra, would you mind helping me get this out?" She finally asked.

Vatra came over and examined it... 'I wouldn't take it out just yet not till we can find something to help slow the bleeding," She said snapping most of the shaft off.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Cornflower MM

"okay. Thanks!" She said, then smiled. "Hey, I recognize that ree! Not far to Brockhall now!" She said cheerfully....And a little loudly.

Faiyloe

"I would race you but I don't think that would be a good idea in our present condition. Least its not as bad as last time." Vatra said
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Cornflower MM

"Yes....You know what I heard when Bryant was doing his ghost impression? Some vermin was so scared of me from the time I was fighting up on the walltops! Oh, the good old times. Fighting with broken ribs, and streaming blood, while fighting with a dagger against much longer weapons. Not the smartest thing I'd ever done. Hah, he ran right underneath my tree! He was scared silly by the memory of me, "The squirrelmaid who should have been dead' " Arya joked, half serious, forgetting for a moment that Zanga was dead. "A lot of goodbeasts died that night...Remember those two foreigners? And the gatekeeper? I'm thankful that you, Ervoyce, and Zanga lived through that night. Have you noticed, though, that ever since we evacuated the Abbey, Abbess Russina has gotten a little...How to put this delicately? ...Senile?" She continued, no longer grinning.

Faiyloe

"Sometimes I think you are worse than I am,"Vatra said and then got serious at the mention of the abbess. "I think it is the war... Shes just not used to... to the fighting and the bloodshed the loss of many of her friends and Redwallers... poor mouse..." The pain in her shoulder was beginning to be hard to ignore. just then she noticed that Ushen was heading strait for one of their traps.

"Wait! Stop! Watch out!" Vatra called out  in warning.

OOC: The traps near Broakhall are non-lethal just in case some one who is not supposed to get caught in one dose.

"Yeah..." Arya agreed, then she noticed what Vatra had. "Geez, is this squirrel blind?" She muttered as she ran up to him. "Um, hello, trap directly ahead!" She said, rolling her eyes. Then waited were she was for Vatra.

Ervoyce breathed deep again, savoring his existence once again, "When somebeast I hold dear to my heart is threatened, I will go to all necessary lengths to get them out." Opening his eyes to look at Bryant he continued, "But what does it matter to you? I'm just an acquaintance of yours that does some rather strange things." Looking to the ceiling and closing his eyes  yet again he let his statement sink in for a moment before continuing, "I was born in the North, and speak many languages due to my travels."

Ushen jumped, and turned, traps? And how did they know about Brockhall?
"Aggg!" He screeched as he was suddenly flying into the air, his footpaws tangled in a rope. His bags had fortunately seemed to have come to no harm as he dropped them. But he was still worried about the paint in the jars, some of those had been hard to find.

Faiyloe

Vatra winced as he was flipped upside down "...Sorry," she said. picking up some of his things and then dropping them when she realized that he was still upside down. "Oh sorry I'll let you down," She wet over to a tree and tried to lower him down as gently as possible. "We had to put traps up all around the forest to keep the vermin out of Brockhall,"
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Cornflower MM

"Yeah...You never know about their scouting parties. Just the other dayI had to lead some away from here, before they got to the traps, because that would give us away." Arya said, scowling. Then she thought of something. "Um, are we going to tell the truth about what we're doing, or tell a cover story?" She asked. If they told the truth, they'd not be able to do it again. But if they told a cover story, she'd feel guilty about lying for weeks.
------------------------------------
"Okay.....That just confused me even more..." Bryant muttered. "Oh, and I didn't tell them where we were, since I figured that since you're the mastermind, you'd know what to say." He added a moment later.

Faiyloe

"The truth of cores we won't lie to our friends they know that we are in charge of getting the abbey back that entitles some risk, they can't stop up... and we have to tell them about Zanga's death," She said quietly. She had tried to avoid the point but knew that it could not be done and the knowledge weighed heavy on her heart. She bit her lip and started back towards Brockhall.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Cornflower MM

"Alright." Arya said, then sniffed when Vatra mentioned Zanga. But she bravely wiped her paw across her eyes, grabbed a dock leaf and blew her nose, and as Ushen's head neared the ground, she held it so his his head was sideways, so he wouldn't fall on his head. That had happened the last time they'd accidentally snared a Dibbun.

OOC: Is that alright, Rachy?
