I'm not sure that I support the foundation that they're raising money for, but of those two options, I suppose I'd rather have ice water poured over my head.

Giving money or giving blood?

  Money.  I like to keep my blood in my body.  (I would donate blood, but I hate needles and have had very bad experiences with nurses not being able to find my veins when I try to have my blood tested.  This meant that one time it was taken from the back of my hand (painful), and another time they tried to take it from my wrist, but it hurt so bad she stopped right after puncturing my skin.  I don't like giving blood.)

  People or animals?

Animals, especially cats.

I have awful veins too; that comes from my mother. There was one time when I think they had to prick me three times before they got something. I got to sample some smelling salts.
