With all due respect, I'd really rather we not be shot at. This spatial drive can't take too much more, and our shielding is only at 63%.

 Position is what you do. The position of an electrical specialist is "electrical specialist." Rank is how much power you basically have. Ensigns are ordinary soldiers, lieutenants are lower officers, etc..

If that's what you want. Sounds like your going to be the only person I get along with...  Seeing as you have very little authority and basically have similar goals.

Do we have a design for the Genesis? Like, is there a Star Trek/Wars ship that we can visualize with? And do we have a bridge design?

I'm hoping Faiy might be willing to draw the outside once we're done, but the bridge is basically like the Enterprise-E from Nemesis, it seems different from the rest for some reason...

I have been meaning to get Photoshop working so I can do some starship designs, I might do a little art for the Genesis. As long as it involves no people or anything I should be fine
