She had literally just become a fan of My Chemical Romance. The song "Welcome to the Black Parade" is considered to be the anthem of the fans and it starts:
"When I was

Took me into the city
To see a marching band.

So I said she needed to slow down because she'd literally just become a fan. Whenever someone does something fandomy for no reason, that gif is the proper reaction.
