Portal is the most epic game in the world. But I am stuck on a very hard level, and I may have to use a walkthrough...

I don't have a Steam account, but my brother does. It seems pretty cool, I'll have to make an account someday...

Cyan set the standards for the gaming world back in the late 80s and early 90s with a lot of these games, and Riven still looks pretty good on a modern computer since its release in '97.

One of the biggest games of the year, Skyrim, comes out on Steam on 11/11/11. Not going to get it myself, way too pricey.

However, Trine 2 is now in a beta stage and will be released fully in December. Trine was developed by the independent Frozebyte and they made enough profit from the sales to produce a sequel.
Looking forward to this. The gameplay is similar, but with a load of more enemies and bosses, who are much more advanced than Trine's simple skeletons. And the graphics (example image) are looking even better than before.
And of course multiplayer no longer requires three people to crowd around with three controllers around the same computer. Online multiplayer will be available, which will actually open the game up to new potentials.
Not certain on the storyline yet, but the Trine artifact is acting once again.
Anyone looking forward to new Steam releases?

I am VERY interested in getting Trine 2. When I picked up the Humble Frozen Synapse Bundle, I got the Frozenbyte Bundle with it. I immediately fell in love with Trine, and I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of Trine 2 for several weeks. Now all that's left to do is to buy the beta and think happy thoughts for the next month.
