^ Yeah - I rather liked all the different characters and happenings in the book - guess that's ultimately why I enjoyed it. However it can bother me in other books, so fair enough where you're coming from with it. :)

Hell, this is the only RW book I've read where there wasn't a single likable/interesting/sympathetic character AT All! >:(
I quite liked Dubble and Bisky, actually, but that's just me.

I honestly don't like Mariel of Redwall. I don't like High Rhulain either.

And brave.  And smart.  *rambles on*
I believe I said this in another topic, but I like them because they're young heroes who are kids and act like it.  They don't try to be overly mature (pillow fight!).  They're really just normal woodland kids stuck in a dangerous situation.

I agree. They didn't try to be older (Like Matthias) but weren't to immature (Like Mattimeo.)

I'm pretty allot people think the same way. :)

Triss was boring... I still have it somewhere, a few chapters from its end.

How do so many people dislike Loamhedge? That's a fantastically written book!

Because it's a mess. I've already said what I think and so have others. Reread our reasons and take it in.

I've got to say that I'm not a big fan of Loamhedge either, the fact that Tugga Bruster somehow managed to become Log-a-log irritates me, and I didn't like the stupidity that the mains displayed, but I really wish that Jaques had brought out the summer race more, I loved that part.  :)

As for Bragoon and Saro, they died to save the younger ones, that's not in vain. Plus, they brought down a menace with them.

EDIT PS: Jango, could you please take a little bit more time planning your posts? I don't want to be rude but your posts have quite often come off as a bit harsh. Don't take this personally, as I know full well what it's like to have convictions and passions, I had to learn the hard way too how to control what I post, I still mess up, it happens, but if you could re-read your posts before clicking the post button, then that would be great.  :)
