I'm new to your courts but am assured that they are...*coughs uncertainly* fair. Pleased to meet you, Dotti May at your service, sah and - currently - at your mercy also! @Ebantu the Kararehe has theived from me and deprived me of my warmth and comfort in this cold season. Most grievous a crime! What says you, oh supreme judge?

Using my title Supreme Judge, eh? I like you already. 

*clears throat* Your honour, I was a witness to this heinous crime and can testify that Ebantu is in the wrong. While it is true the Dotti has previously been guilty of various crimes herself, these issues have been resolved and, had they not, it must be admitted that they were for the greater good of The People and Community. *gestures officiously to People's Elbow*
Now, to recount Kararehe's crimes:
Our friend Dotti had just joined the forum and was touching up on certain points in our history, as I had advised her previously. The charged party then physically asulted her in a manner using sudden bodily force, then, when I defended the victim and pushed Eb off the bed, she proceeded to rob our good friend's feet of the warm slippers they possessed, an action I was most horrified by.

(Am I still on Jury duty, Your Honour?)

My goodness. How dreadful. Hmm. Perhaps not this time. You can be a witness if you'd like.
