What's a roleplaying game and what in the name acorns do you do?

You basically, type as a character in a story, the story is then carried on by other people posing as other characters in that story. So basically it's like a book being written by more than one author.

That is basically what you do, but there is always a plot you follow, the rest is made up by the role-player's
