As you go to close the Suitcase, you notice a dull, red rectangle behind the mess of broken electronics and nuclear material. You reach in, and retrieve the Keycard. You close the deactivated weapon and tuck it behind a rock until it can be properly disposed of. You insert the Keycard into the slot, but, alas, the Security Measures are active. You'll need to cut another wire, but which one will it be?

You raise your BB Gun in terror and fire at the horrifying creature, but the tiny pellet does nothing to the Bone Imp. You run back to your room and close the door. You huddle in a corner. Still no replies. All alone.

Is this it? Were you always doomed to fail? Could you have done anything to save this? Why does it have to be you? You haven't done anything, and it's all your fault. Lily and Frank will hate you when they find out what'll happen to them if you continue your existence. And to say nothing about what they'll do when you inform them of what you might do... No, they wouldn't care. They'd be glad that you're fixing your mistakes. Lily doesn't care whatsoever about anybody, big suprise, and Frank... You thought he was your friend once. Now the only friend you've got is Baliss. And if the S.roll was being truthful, which he has been so far, then even the manifestation of your insanity is going to abandon you as well. All alone...

The squirrel lies, slumped in a corner near the damaged wall. She's been so burnt that you can hardly recognize her. You feel tears welling up. She's not the only one to die. There's Rocktree. There's Norham. There's Tam, of Tam and Martin. So many bodies... Maybe you can change it. You see Galli there. How odd. Didn't she and Baliss seek out Jet? This has to be from after those two met. Jukka only gave Del the transplant recently, and Rocktree was alive last time you saw him, after the two heroes had already joined up. Could it be that this happens after the two heroes leave the Homestuck Intermission, but before the events of your current intermission? It's too much to think about. Baliss is nowhere to be seen, and there is seemingly no end to the guest horde. Perhaps you can help them. Make it stop. But how? You are suddenly distracted by the middle screen.

The future you see is a paradox. The one that will happen if he has the codes. But he doesn't. Well, not until you sent them right to him, that is. He thanks you for putting his plan in motion."

Apparently, the Doomed Exile is through the first gate, far above you.

You combine the Straight Razor and the Umbrella to make the Barber's Best Friend for 2 shale and 8 mercury. Without a canopy, and with several long razor blades in place of the ribs, this will surely be a powerful tool.

You combine some of TorrentMcSprite's Ectoplasm with An Empty Glass and A frog you found Some green contraband to make the Potion of Godtier-ness for 3,000,000,000,000 Zillium and 1,000,000,000 Uranium.

Psyche! It's not quite over yet. You are now Corn. Rainshadow leans down over Bonaparte's corpse and grabs the Strange Token.

She warps out of the bunker. You stare on in horror as reality itself begins to break down. You sob, close your eyes, and prepare for the inevitable to happen.

You are now Bonaparte. You... You're back at Secret Hideouts. What's going on? You get up and start to wander aimlessly. You pass the Train Station, which has been completely vaporized. Eventually, you come to Groddil's Shop.
"What... What just happened?"
"Oh, no worries, I can explain this easily! Settle down, let me give you a lesson..."

Lesson

In order for me to explain this, you need to know that there are four timelines. Alpha A, Beta A, Alpha B, and Beta B. The A timelines are for the events of the standard CYOA and the Bonaparte intermission. The B timelines are for the Homestuck intermission. Firstly, the Alpha A timeline is everything that has happened prior to Bonaparte sending the nuke back in time. When he did so, he created the Beta A timeline, which diverges from its Alpha timeline at precisely the moment Baliss and Galli enter the Secret Hideouts. In Alpha A, after returning from the Homestuck Intermission, they find the Revolution under attack. Many have died, including Galli. Fortunately, this timeline was destroyed when Beta A was created. In Beta A, the two heroes never meet Bonaparte, never do the favor for myself, the Groddil clone, and instead use the nuke to kill Lutra and force their way into Front Lawns. Alas, they fail to slay the Moderator, for Lutra simply retreats to his own dimension, a great land of Rabbits and Honeycomb, before he is destroyed. He is currently there, biding his time. The "Future" Bonaparte was shown was actually the future of Beta A, not Alpha A. As a result, by sending the Nuclear Codes to Beta A, The Administrator will later be able to launch Nuclear Weapons, and Baliss and Galli will have to stop them. I cannot say what Alpha A's future is like, but I can imagine that it would be quite dark, with the Revolution dead and all.

Now, to the B Timelines. Alpha B stretches from the beginning of the intermission up until Mark Johnson enters the Middle. What you have been reading ever since then is actually Beta B. In Alpha B, Mark and his friends actually reach their real lands, not LOCAD. But alas, as the Heir of Time, Mark's weird time shenanigans accidentally destroy Alpha B and create Beta B at the time he enters the medium. Rather than be transported to his planet, Mark enters a Void Session in LOCAD, and his friends will also be sucked into LOCAD as soon as they progress through the first gate. Void Sessions only occur if all of the players fail to prototype their kernelsprites prior to entry. As LOCAD is technically a completely different game session to Lily and Frank's Middle, and Mark was the first to enter LOCAD, the session became void. When Lily and Frank enter LOCAD, their prototypings will be undone, as Zburb cannot interpret having prototypings in a session that is already void. If Mark succeeds in ceasing to exist, a new timeline known as Charlie B will be created. Charlie B will be the same is Alpha B, with Lily and Frank reaching their own planets. The only difference is that Mark will have never existed in Charlie B.
