  Kale saw a weasel drop in front of the hare.  She ran forward and swung her hammer at it.

Coal attempted to escape the weasel by ducking between buildings.

Covesite bent backward to avoid collision with the deadly hammer, and launched himself from that position into a chase after the hare... from the rooftops again.

[W0NWILL]

OOC: There's gonna be a big plot point soon, so Coal will have to lose you, alright?

BIC: Coal kept on running, but he was getting short of breath.

OOC: Rain would have to press me REALLY hard.

  OOC:  Okay, I can do that!

  BIC:  Kale glanced at the rooftops where the weasel was running.  Hmm, she thought.  I could climb up there.  She found a pawhold and swung herself up onto the roof.  Standing up, Kale looked for the weasel.  There!  She ran after him, shouting, "EULALIAAAAAAAA!!!"

OOC: Yeah, I know.

BIC: Coal used his knowledge of the town to try to lose Covesite, he headed to the most open area of the town, the square. That was also where the gallows were.

  Kale reached down and picked up several large stones.  She pulled out her sling and stuck a stone in it.  "EULALIAAAAAA!!!!"  She swung the sling around a few times and let the stone fly in the weasel's direction.

"Fools," Covestire was thinking loud again. This hare seemed to think that taking the open route would slow him down... Rooftops were simply preferable. The wily weasel took a small hop and rolled to safety all the while keeping his momentum going for running... Or should he take the badger first? He thought silently. He turned when he was on the ground to hear the stone whistle over head. He rushed to the shadows to wait for this crazy beast.

  Kale saw her target jump off of the roof.  She leaped and did a small roll as she landed.  Where did the weasel go?

 *Continues hiding in the shadows*

The weasel sort of enjoyed stressing his own patience, as it was a great thing to learn... wait for the perfect oppertunity.

  Kale pulled out her hammer and held it with both paws.  "Where are you, weasel?  Come out and fight!  Or are you to cowardly?"

The open space worked to Covesites' advantage... It would echoe his voice when he spoke so he could not be found by sound, "It's called patiance badger, but you wouldn't know anything about it would you?"

  Kale snarled.  "I know patience, but I have no patience for vermin.  Come out and fight like a beast!  A Dibbun's got more courage than you do!"
