Retake Redwall RP

Liath smiled and headed back to where she had left Pan and Sodo. "Et's no' far. There's a squirrel, Sodo, who injured his footpaw while escapin' from the abbey. Then there's a hare who's unconscious. His name' Pan, an' Ah'm no' see exactly what's wrong wi' him." They soon reached he spot where Liath Ah'd left Sodo and Pan. Stepping out of the bushes, she called, "Ah'm back, an' Ah brought some braw help!"

OOC: Back!

BIC: Pan mumbled something about leek and onion soup as the sound of many beasts crashing through the forest started to tug at his ears. With this satisfying food image in his sleeping mind he continued to recite the entire recipe for it, long ears twitching and chest rising and falling in a more stable pattern.

With a pleased squeak Lilipili watched the nice weasel re-enter the room, a slightly worried expression on his face.

Tobias saw them, they had reached the others. He scooped them up in both arms and began back towards camp. "So, how dost thou know Norham, he sayest thou had helped him earlier?"

Sodo looked to the new comers, "A' heard ya' comin' o'er the the way. Tis' troublesometryin' tae wake this beastie." He stood up and nodded to those he hadn't met, "I'm Sodo Suelain, but every beast just calls me Sodo, pleasure I'm sure."

"Tis a pleasure Master Sodo." Tobi said.

Vash shushed her and took her paw in his. "I'm going to take you to a better place, ok?" he said to her, starting to take her out of the room.

Lilipili trailed a paw along the door, wondering where they were going. Would Vurrp be there, and all the other Abbeybeasts? Maybe they would have a party! Her little mind entertained itself as they hurried through the broken Abbey with images of streamers and cakes and all the beasts she loved. In the middle of the party, standing paw in paw with Vali and Vurrp, was her mother, her face wreathed in a gentle smile.

@Firalay- Yay, you're back! But now Lilipili is going to kill me with cuteness...

BIC: Liath looked up at Tobias distractedly. Pan was talking in his sleep- that was good, right? "Er, wha'? Oh, aye, so Ah did. He almost killed Tailli, and then fell unconscious. Ah woke him. Tha' debt's paid, tho'. Later, he helped me when Ah was wounded. Very recently," she finished ruefully, gently touching her bandaged wound.

"Well, he sounds like a kind beast to me. Let's hurry back to camp." Tobias said, hurrying his pace a bit.

Liath matched his pace (with some difficulty), and they had soon arrived back at camp.

Vash quietly hurried along, expertly avoiding the other vermin guards. It made it a lot easier since they weren't paying much attention. The weasel quickly escorted the small mousebabe out the door, and into the woods. From there he started to search for any sign or trail that lead to finding one of the others. After some time, Vash found a path of crushed twigs and leaves. Obviously the work are a large beast, most likely a badger. Well, maybe Norham had convinced Tobias to help. Either way, it was the only lead he had, so he started following it.

Pictures of a party flew from Lilipili's mind as Vash unbolted the small wicker and started outside. Lilipili dug her paws into the dirt slightly, nervous and unsure. Vash nudged her through, out into the woodlands and she huddled against the red sandstone wall as he examined the surrounding forest.
"Wha' about Vawi?" she asked, her brow creased with anxiety, little paws clutching her tail like a safety blanket.

"Vali, um, had to leave. But she sent you her best wishes." Vash said, quickly making something up to comfort her. They were getting very close to the end of the trail.

Liath was sitting next to Antura, sharing a biscuit. "So, um... how did ye meet Norham?" Liath ventured. Antura was deep in thought. "Hm? Oh, uh- I met him at Redwall. Before it was taken." Her eyes got a far-off look as she relived past battles. "When Riggaeo was attacking. There were others there, too. Thom, Vash, Zef, Jeremias..." her voice trailed off, and Liath sat quietly, letting her own thoughts wander.

The faint smell of sweet biscuits tickled Pan's nose and with a groan he came to. He went to sit up to find that his left shoulder and lower chest didn't want to do that currently. His wrists and paws were lined in smarting cuts, which he frowned at. "How is a damaged young rogue like m'self going to recover if he can't even pick up his jolly old scoff?"

Lilipili made a quiet, sad sound, and looked back to the trail they had come along. She could still see the Abbey's walls, once a place of refuge and comfort, it's name ruined by tyranny and imprisonment. But now she was out, Lilipili almost wished she was back in there, if only because she missed her friends and she was scared of what lay ahead.
