Libraries sometimes have "foreign" language versions of some books, or if you want to buy them there's probably a German Amazon webstore or similar.

Yes, would you like to hear what the german Redwall sounds like?

Strange... ;)

Life is too short to rush through it.

I can do that because I'm awesome.

I was going to video capture a clip from Redwall in Maori ... but it's not playing at the moment (plus my video capture card is having issues since upgrading the computer's operating system - the sound gets out of sync with the video :().

Yep, the Maori-dubbed version of Redwall does play on the Maori channel from time to time, but it's not playing at the moment (I think Pippi Longstocking is in that time slot). No doubt it will be re-run again at some stage.

There may already be clips or entire episodes on YouTube or somewhere, but Internet video via a dial-up connection is a pointless waste of time, so I don't bother trying it.

Actually the stories were written by a Swedish author so it should be Pippi Långstrump:P.

It also has mariel and dandin looking eaqaly as awesome as well, any way i just bought a redwall book i already own just because the covers different ;D
any of you guys done somthing like that?

Very much so!  Books are what I go nuts about.  I have several versions of many books in my library each with its own special story! :)

I love the feel and the smell of a good book.  The way it gets worn and becomes an "old friend" after reading through it.  Kindle and ebooks make me cry.... :'(
