Granted but you can do absolutely nothing, not even sleep or eat or anything.

I wish only for my character's magical diamonds to be optimally cut and mounted in the ideal object for both the use of the person and the maximization of the inherent positive effect of the diamonds for the present and future, and the diamonds, mounted in their respective objects properly, to be immediately placed in the respective aforementioned character's possession. (the wish is stated benevolently and the spirit of the wish to be held in a higher priority than the letter of the wish) [this is in real time use in one of DnD games]
